Rubberization
Rubberization of all types of rollers for all sorts of industries — rubber rollers, silicone rollers, ebonite coated rollers, bow-spreaded rollers, guider rollers etc.
Our Curing department runs three steam pressure autoclaves and two hot air autoclaves, handling rollers up to 1600 mm in diameter and 10,000 mm in length, at hardness from 25° to 98° shore A. We take on close-tolerance, functionally critical rollers that other companies turn away.
Grinding
A provider of precision grinding & grooving on roller grinder machines & lathe machines for rubber and metal rollers.
Six roller grinding machines imported from Churchill, UK, alongside twenty-nine fine lathe machines, let us hold tight diameter tolerance, surface finish and concentricity — and offer cost-effective regrinding that extends a roller's service life without a full rerubberization.
Fabrication
Fabrication of metal rollers with rubberization, ebonite coating & silicone coating — able to fabricate any type of metal including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper etc.
Every fabricated roller is backed by warranty assurance, built to your shaft geometry and housing specification, and inspected before it leaves our plant — all under one roof, with no outsourcing and no dependencies.
