IRE boasts well-developed facilities for fabricating rollers of diverse designs, featuring rubberization or ebonite coating on various metals such as mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum, all backed by warranty assurances. In addition to fabricating deflection-control rollers for dyeing, yarn-sizing and heavy-squeezing with precise nip, IRE has the expertise to manufacture close-tolerance and functionally critical rubber rollers that pose challenges for other companies.

As we embark on our sixth decade of operation, we proudly maintain our position as a premier manufacturer of elastomeric, hard-coat and specialty rollers and coatings. Our products find application across graphic arts, metals, converting, pulp & paper, textile, steel, business machines and other critical industrial sectors.
In our Curing department, we feature three (3) steam pressure autoclaves and two (2) hot air autoclaves, ensuring optimal curing for various compounds. Our autoclaves handle rollers up to 1600 mm in diameter and 10,000 mm in length.
Have old or worn parts? Send them our way — if you're uncertain about the covering, we can test and identify it for you: Silicone, Urethane, Neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile, Natural Rubber or otherwise. We inspect and, if necessary, repair journals/cores with your approval, then recoat them to your exact specification within your timeline.
